Quicksilva is delighted to enable skills transfer to customer staff. We currently do this through:
- Workshops and Knowledge Sharing
- User training
- Secondment and Joint working
- Apprenticeship
Workshops and Knowledge Sharing
We hold workshop sessions on particular aspects of a technology, a market, a business idea, etc so that customer/partner representatives can take a view of what the marketplace can offer and what is feasible.
User training
We have training facilities at our Operations Centre where customer/partner personnel can join a session or be trained on their own application or knowledge area.
Secondment and Joint working
If our customer has had suitably skilled staff we are happy for them to work as part of our delivery team.
Apprenticeship
Customer/partner IT staff join our team to learn about new technologies for an agreed number of days per month.
